The staff here was friendly and helpful, the location is convenient with nearby industrial areas, restaurants, gas stations, and easy access to the highway, making it a great value for the price.

Everything was simply great. I've chosen this quiet hotel for staying here with my partner. The room I booked was updated and neat with the bedroom, updated furnishings as advertised. Secluded location was a plus. I loved an amazing restaurant.

The receptionist did not question me about the form of payment that I would use, she only asked for my credit card and I handed it to her as I thought it was only for guarantee as all hotels do. So without asking me first, she charged on my card.

The location of this place is fantastic, situated near the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center, the Mark Twain House & Museum, and a restaurant.

The location was great, just a short walk from Folly Brook Natural Area. the rooms were modern and nicely furnished. - the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food that we really enjoyed.

Close to home, big room for very little money. Staff was super polite too.

Kinda loud at night with doors closing and what not but not really a big deal.

Had a pretty good time here during winter, and the weather was pleasant. 🌤️ the location was awesome, being so close to lots of places to grab a bite to eat.

The rooms have been updated and are clean, with newly renovated bathrooms, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Hartford downtown is a nice and I have visited the Mark Twain House/Museum. The hotel facilities and breakfast are good. Hotel staff are helpful and kind.

The location is unsatisfactory as it is in the industrial area. Very limited public transport and bus stop is far from the hotel. It seems providing sidewalks and pedestrian lanes are not the main priority of the city. Took the cab all the time during my two-day visit.
